Get ready to sing, dance, and shine on stage at Curtains Up! A Broadway Experience! This exciting summer workshop invites young performers to step into the world of musical theatre through engaging classes in singing, dancing, and performance. Led by experienced musical theatre director and performer Melissa Heroman! Melissa has been a beloved educator for 20+ years and a performer for 30+years. Students will build confidence, learn Broadway-inspired choreography, and develop their vocal skills in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Ages 6-10: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Perfect for young stars who love to move and groove, this session introduces the fundamentals of musical theatre through fun activities and games. Campers will explore stage presence, learn energetic dance routines, and sing along to beloved Broadway tunes.

  • Ages 11-15: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Older performers  will dive deeper into the world of Broadway with focused training in vocal performance, dance techniques, and character development. This session is ideal for teens looking to sharpen their skills, whether they’re aspiring performers or trying theatre for the first time.

Both workshops will culminate in a special showcase performance where campers will take the stage and share their talents with family and friends. No matter their experience level, Curtains Up! A Broadway Experience is the perfect way for kids to build friendships, boost their confidence, and experience the thrill of the spotlight!
